But isn’t it possible that the most productive staff meeting is the one where we skip the emotional check-ins, the journey around the complex because the manager needs to “get out of the office,” and the word for word reading of the company updates, and just send an email and trust in the employees that are paid hourly and trusted with company secrets, finances, clients can, in fact, read?
I don’t want these things nearly as much as I want to want them.
